All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Paid Services

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Posted prices may not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling (if any). All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card or other payment information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card or other means for the purchase, and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card or payment processing company.

Shipping Policy

Products are processed within 7-10 days, please allow for an additional 7-10 days for shipping depending on your location. Made to order products may take 10-14 days to process.

Return Policy

Returns for Products (Original Artwork & Merchandise)

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the product you have received is either physically damaged on arrival or if it isn’t the one you ordered, we will exchange it for you. These need to be returned to us within 15 days of ordering or 5 days of you receiving them, whichever is earlier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Made to order products can not be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

For all applicable orders, please allow 5-7 days to process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account.

Shipping charges and Government taxes are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at liactuallee@gmail.com

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refund Policy for Services

Yoga with Li sessions are non-refundable. However a session can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice before the scheduled session, email: liactuallee@gmail.com. Services are transferable to another invidual, in case of injuries and schedule conflicts, as well as gift certificates.

Physical Activity – Your Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that all physical activity and forms of exercise, including yoga, carries risk of injury or death, and that you hereby release Setu and its affiliates of any and all liability, and hereby waive any and all claims, rights, and/or causes of action, with regard to damages, or injury or death, including but not limited to, those arising from any recklessness, negligence, misuse of supplementary yoga props or equipment, improper instruction, improper execution of the instruction given by the Setu instructor.

You affirm that you have taken all possible steps to mitigate your own risk of injury, including, but not limited to consulting with a physician, chiropractor, orthopedist, or physical therapist prior to using the Website in connection with physical activity. Neither Setu, nor any of the teachers or other users of the Website shall be deemed to have given any medical advice in connection with the Website. All yoga poses and any variations offered are subject to your own judgment, and you agree to make the appropriate and necessary concessions or pose modifications that would be deemed reasonable or necessary to your health.

Accessing the Website and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
